What We Do
Numva connects miners, investors, and development partners to unlock value responsibly across gold, diamond, cobalt, nickel, and other minerals — prioritizing safety, compliance, and community benefit.
- ⛏️ Mining Network Development: County-level registration and coordination of miners and cooperative cells.
- 📚 Capacity Building: Training in safety, geology basics, processing methods, and legal compliance.
- 🤝 Investment Facilitation: Structuring cooperative ventures and fair offtake arrangements with partners.
- 🌿 Sustainability: Environmental safeguards, rehabilitation practices, and community-focused resource management.

Leadership
Guided by Founder & CEO Nathaniel G. Vakor and George Z. Weamie, President, with a Board of Directors, Country Office representatives, and Regional Coordinators in Liberia and the United States. The leadership works collaboratively to ensure Numva’s mission of empowerment, transparency, and sustainable mining reaches every member and partner.
